I'd rather run, walk, ski, ice skate, hike swim in hall etc. Now there's little snow and sub zero temperatures riding is artually really nice in the middle of the day and I actually just rode some 2.5 hours on mtb. I don't compete, I just like being outdoors and in reasonable good shape so I'm ready for long rides when spring comes.
But yeah -3 C is pretty much ideal for me. Weather is quite often very wet in here during autumn and winter so I like cold more because cold snow is dry.
