As a pedestrian you must stop for me no matter when I cross. No it is not jaywalking because cities are not for automobiles. You cagers are destroying our environment and have fatal crashes on a daily basis. It is time for us to lobby against automobiles so that our chicks do not have to worry about drive-by cat calls.
