you use them to upkeep a modern regular bike or like buy a cable from or get a wheel trued or fit advice or buying a modern bike stuff like that

yeah buying shit from retail stores is idiotic. I made the mistake of buying a helmet from a LBS once and I will never do it again. They had to place a order for me because my size wasn’t available and everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I could have just bought it from Amazon with Fred same day delivery.

I work in retail as a distributor for a variety of brands; there are ways to make this convenient for the customer and none of these stores do it. They deserve to go out of business. I hope the chinks take over and flip the roles on these worthless subhuman LBS. this is how I know we aren’t anywhere close to late stage capitalism; the perfect market theory does not accommodate such worthless retards like LBS owners

Have had exactly the same problem. Shit taking weeks to show up when it should have been 2 days max. And they charge more than online. Never buying from LBS again.

All things equal (or even approximately equal) I'd rather shop/order things in person versus order shit online from some shady amazon marketplace rando. (or at least I used to until the coof shit made everything retarded, but that's not the shop's fault generally speaking (except for the retard manager of one shop in my town who started with the face diaper shit months before our retard local government forced it on everyone so I just went to the other shop instead where they didn't give a fuck))
