West Coast has very rude drivers, but they stay in their lanes. When they were being dangerous, they're handling the car well and with intention.
In the East coast, more aggression, less precision, more honking. East coasters are obsessed with respect and etiquette so it compensates for lack of driving skill.
Texans were simply retarded. No regard for rules about passing lanes, every car moving at completely different speeds. Fake tough guys in spotless pickups that can't even stay in their own land while going 15mph over or under the limit in the wrong lane. Just pathetic. Texans lol. The southern states weren't much better but at least generally slower.
