can we have a thread for specifically this?Im working with coordinating several efforts to help venezuela,specially caracas,maracaibo etc(im bad at rural stuff).The main points would be
>rapid urbanization of mountain slums
>solving inefficient public transport
>solving motorcycle gangs and benefitting non-thug motorcycle users

many parts of caracas dont even show up on google maps,theyre stacked slums on top of another.
