So basically my idea is that we take a wingsuit, put RATO + detachable (explosive bolt) landing gears for takeoff power so you can get into the sky in the first place and then we attach a parachute on your back for safety reasons.

This'd allow you to take off at any road and allow you to land anywhere with parachute.
