FWIW I've thought that if I could ever afford to own property, like half an acre to an acre, I'd put in a nice paved path around the perimeter in the backyard, so I could do my training without ever leaving my property if I wanted to do so. Could even build a cover over it, so on rainy days you could ride outside without getting wet much, and on hot days be in the shade all the time.
