What do posties in your country do? I think americans driving a whole fucking truck around is retarded but driving up to the letterbox makes perfect sense.

The only difference here is that we use bikes (little motorcycles, bicycles and ebikes) that can go on the footpath instead of a giant truck.

I think you're an idiot that doesn't understand the work of the average mail carrier. Driving the truck makes a lot of sense. If they're doing drive by delivery it's very easy, but so is parking it, and then doing foot delivery.
