That said, fursuit heads tend to have poor vision, and that tail... safety hazard.
Moving on to the bodysuit, It looks to me like stretch-velvet, although can't rule out print polyester-spandex. As a spandex enthusiast with a velvet fetish, I can tell you that stretch velvet has EXCELLENT moisture management and thermal properties. By itself, a full-body suit is quite comfortable, even in hot weather. I am less certain about underneath a jersey, as shown. Just looking at it, also can't rule out that he is just wearing gloves and leg-warmers though.
