The difference of a couple watts won't make any difference to you.
Maybe over 20 miles you get there a few seconds later. So what? That's a small difference compared to wasting your time with this unnecessary nonsense as I've already said.
Just use a normal chainlube in a bottle like everyone else and go ride your bike. There is no need and no real advantage in going to all this trouble with melted wax.
You cannot rationally, logically, factually refute any of this, it's clearly and objectively true.
Also quite frankly any pro racer looking to reduce drivetrain friction is going to go with more exotic and expensive options like chains with ceramic bearings, full ceramic wheel bearings and bottom bracket bearings, and so on, not bother with piddling little gains like paraffin wax.
