I really don't expect it to happen ever at this point. WA doesn't want to pay for it, and Camas and Vancouver are full of NIMBY types who think they're too good for public transit. Probably the next best shot at it is if they ever build a 3rd bridge.
I just wish I had a decent way to get to the airport so I don't always have to half expect my car to be stolen every time I get home. Currently a 12 minute drive vs nearly 3 hours for public.
