Cars are often used in situations where other modes of transport cannot be due to length or purpose of journey, so will need to be replaced over time to avoid introducing more problems as we solve the first. These scooters have been introduced more recently as the solution to a problem that does not exist, and are actively making cities worse. Getting rid of them will solve all of the problems they present without creating any new problems since, as I said before, they are used almost entirely recreationally or in place of a normal bicycle.
If people desperately want / need access to one of these scooters, they can just buy one themselves for an extremely low price and consequently save money.
You cannot just ban cars overnight, because they are too heavily relied upon. Scooters are not. Stop arguing in bad faith
