I'm considering mounting a small lawnmower engine on a rack. Not even connected to anything, just to make noise and belch out fumes because I'm an arse.
I don't think there's actually anything stopping me even in bongistan, so long as it isn't powering the bicycle. I am transporting an engine, which just so happens to be running, ossifer.
