We can sit here in judgement having viewd the entire scene in glorious 240p from the relative safety and security of our parents basement, but it's too easy to forget the kind of pressure these guys are under in situations like that, on an actual road with actual cars, a steep incline and nowhere to go except onwards and upwards. I think those drivers were all willing him on, perhaps shedding a tear or two, feeling the extraordinary courage of that lone pioneer as he fought not just the sun but gravity itself in ordeer to keep the flow of traffic moving.
