Considering the glacial pace of SpaceX's progress in spaceship design (it took NASA 6 years from its founding to do a Mars flyby in the early 1960's and SpaceX is already 20 years old) the odds of any of that happening before Musk dies is zilch.

Nowadays, subways usually have emergency exits along the tracks and are wide enough.

Inside a hyperloop it'll be hard due to how a tube must be built to make a train move fast. But not in subways.

NASA was using 3-5% of the US budget in the founding days.
SpaceX uses 1/20th of what NASA uses per year today.
To put it in more coherent terms. Everything SpaceX done, from its founding days of Falcon 1 to today's Starship/Starlink program cost less than a single year's budget for NASA.
