in fact, the sole territory where it is legal is Canada. It isn't even legal in the Netherlands, it's decriminalised, which is not the same thing at all, and if you think it is you're a retard.

I don't know how potheads do it. All of my friends seem to gain cycling superpowers when they smoke weed, for me it's the complete opposite, I become lethargic and disoriented. Maybe it's because I have slightly high blood pressure and since weed lowers it, it affects me harder... or something.
