Best case scenario you can isolate the charge to the engines themselves, which will have to be overbuilt to accommodate large electrical potential anyway. Personally, I would look at jet grounding procedures and the methods used by helicopters that work on high-voltage lines in order to develop a safe grounding maneuver for this style of propulsion.
All this ignores actually storing or generating the needed amount of energy to put out that kind of thrust on a moving aircraft.
