>>1645219I get the appeal of the GWR but it's a little too boring for me. They have like 3 main loco types and a goods engine design, as far as profile goes. And they're all one color. Very pretty, but just not enough to hold my interest forever. It's, what, a million variations of one 4-6-0 design, a million panniers of the same design, and a million prairie locos of the same design? I like them, and they have some aspects that make them very appealing, but you don't have the massive variation of something like the LNER. And I'm not sure a railway with no Pacifics can really be considered a railway.
