But it gets better. To clear air from CO2 there are independent air purifiers running on chemical clips. When clips were exhausted crew tries to replace it but they dropped one clip into the water. This productes violent chemical reaction (it is fire for all intents and purposes). That kills all remaining crew with fire and toxic fumes.
