And I was watching a video about the company Autogyro, 4 seater gyrocopters and trying to find a market for them.
I think either gyrocopters find a way to scale down in costs so they become very competitive with other small aircraft, which is technically possible, or they get a boost (way beyond what is planned or attempted by current companies, but was attempted in the past) big enough to compete with helicopters and bigger airplanes.
Like mentioned in the video, the "middle market" doesn't exist, and there are already other products in it for commercial and personal uses.
Also all products are extremely similar so they don't attract more customers, enter more markets or really compete with each other.
