Commute 100 miles a day. Don't care about air conditioning, fancy door locks, Bluetooth whatever. Just need a road legal form of transportation for use on the highway.

Needs to be CHEAP. I'm talking $2,000 cheap.

No motorcycles. Needs 4 wheels and a roof.

They made them for 4 million years so parts are plentiful and cheap.
Just got an 02 with less than 50grand on the clock for $500, you can find one for around $1200 if yer not lucky.
Pick your year depending on what fancy bullshit you want but don't go so far back that you're dealing with a carburetor
