My friend took his own life not long ago. He was buried in Norway, and I am going to visit his family. What is the best way to get to Verdalsøra from Oslo?

Trondheim is the nearest major city to Verdalsøra. From Gardermoen, you'd have to take a train to Oslo Central then back north to Trondheim.
