I ordered some China wheels a few weeks ago. They'll be here tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure I have the right bits to install them but could someone confirm I have the right tires and tubes please?

I didn't realize 5mm would make a huge difference. I had some 60s before and I felt there was room to spare.

So I should look up a 5mm valve extender?

Diameter and width both matter. Tubes stretch so they are usually for a range. The box of a tube will generally say something like, for example "700x28-35" meaning they can be used for anything in the range of 700x28 to 700x35. If your tubes only say 700x25 instead of giving a range that's unusual but I would expect them to work for 25s and 28s.

And to clarify, the range will be printed on the box and on the tube itself.
Also, be aware that 622 is the iso size of 700c. One of the tubes looks like it says 622-28, I can't tell for sure because it's not clear in the pic, but if it does say that, it means the same as 700x28c

Oh, those ones are for 700x20 through 700x25, as the box says in that white box with size ranges. In that case, "28" seems to be referring to "28 inch" which is what 700c is sometimes called in northern Europe.
But anyway if you don't show a pic or tell us exactly what is printed on the tube, idk how we can help. The tubes will probably fit but I can't promise without knowing what it actually says.

I'm not looking to start an online slapfight but in my opinion race tubes are shitty and should be used only at races, if at all (especially if there is no neutral support).

I think the 200g or so that is saved can be shaved off in other areas if really necessary.
