That said, it's mostly meant to be an eye-catcher. Just imagine how boring and bland that thing would look painted completely in white. Noone would look. Noone would remember a name and eventually pick that one when they recognize the name.
Meanwhile an actual fancy paint-job would've struggled with climatization, durability, cost and/ or failed to incorporate those large windows.
