lets say, I get a small plane or a helicopter and i know how to fly it, would I be able to fly it to mcdonalds or something?

I know nothing about aviation

Off-airport landings are not explicitly banned by the FAA but state or local laws may prohibit it. There are catch-all rules about "reckless and dangerous" operation which the FAA may throw at you, however.

Assuming you are able to plan and perform an off-airport landing safely, you'll also need permission if the site is private property, and your aircraft insurance policy must also allow non-emergency off-airport landings (most policies prohibit it explicitly).

I'm not familiar with US aviation laws and regulations. In general it sounds too dangerous to do with a composite airplane.

Here you can't even do it with UL or powered parachutes since you have to keep a distance of 500 ft to people, vehicles and structures. 1000 ft for what is classified as populated area.

Yeah but what are the chances that Maccas is located at an FBO? Pretty damn low. I think OP's intention is to land in the parking lot, and unless it's an emergency, that seems pretty unfeasible to me..

I really hate his videos because he makes paramotoring seem like a convenient or practical mode of transportation when it isn't. Tucker is a seriously talented pilot and even for a small flight like that you need to have a million considerations for landing zones and winds and airspaces. That shit is way more choreographed than he makes it seem
