Does this clicking sound come from the dirt or do the derailleurs need adjusting? I just got the bike second hand, rode it once, no problems, took it out last night pushed it a bit harder, no problems, i take it out today and this sound appears... It doesn't sound like the chain is grinding on the next cog and it stops when i stop pedaling
