Thanks, but since i'm not a bike fag, i don't care. I just need the mfg. i'd rather spend what i did on this ($0) than buy some shit that costs the same as a used car just so that i can claim to be a "real" cyclist.

shifter cables are ALL the same.
brake cables have road and mtb. You want mtb.
It's not hard. There's nothing more to it compatibility wise than that.

but see now you're stripping it and replacing consumables it's not free is it? If you live in a place with a good used market i'd strongly suggest you start with something better for a project.

Just be careful enough to not mix up brake cables and shifter cables.
You cut them to length once you install them.
While you're at it, replace the cable ¡housing as well, changing cables isn't going to do any good if those tubes are clogged with shit
