Sit as much on your sitting bones as possible and move yourself into a comfortable position. The more aggressive your position, the more you lean on the soft tissue. It's just the cost of speed. If you're really uncomfortable during of after rides and you wanna avoid damage down there you should probably take a different approach to riding
