Trams are probably my favorite kind of transit. But I'm starting to wonder if there's any situation where it makes sense in an American city.
Los Angeles is making good progress building a ton of subway and then they have super wide streets so they can make dedicated bus lanes to smooth traffic flow and increase transit access.
I guess in the big Texas cities it makes sense? Or does it?
I don't think Austin has the density for a subway, but maybe downtown Dallas.
