yes. there are racks that mount to your hub axle and seatpost bolt, or brake bridge
there are also racks that clamp to your chain/seat stays

they do a quick release adapter and fancy p-clamps for seat stays

If you're not gonna load it or beat on it much I think you could probably get away with generic p-clamps for everything.

If it's carbon don't clamp anything to it.

I think what you're looking for is the Thule pack and pedal. Straps on to the seat stays, fits basically any bike. You can also get some side bits that attach so your bag is properly supported. I installed it on my wife's bike and she's very happy
