Hello 4chan! I was wondering what anons today feel about rentable electric scooters. Specifically companies like Lime, Spin, and Bird. I have used Lime quite often in my large city, and I have had no bad experiences so far.
The only thing I worry about is using them at nighttime. I know that it is illegal to ride electric scooters on the sidewalk in some cities/countries, but would I risk the possibility of getting ran over in the dark? There is only one weak red light visible and that might be hard to see as a driver. And they say use bike lanes but some streets don't even have bike lanes so it's a hassle for other drivers.
