This morning I was able to see this water bike in action.
I found it interesting, although it seems that without the help of an electric motor, the impulse of the legs would not be enough...

Quite an interesting design. In particular that front foil arrangement which trims the middle foil is a clever bit of engineering.

I am a bit confused as to why they needed such a large, extremely high aspect rear foil. I think the whole bike would work better with a less draggy main foil and perhaps an outrigger or two if absolutely necessary.

Cool proof of concept though. I would certainly like to give it a try.
