Most /n/imbys are highly autistic and the thought of people using decentralized transportation that isn't tightly controlled and scheduled from start to finish unironically scares them.

There are also a bunch of communists on here who cannot envision themselves being successful enough to own a car, so they think no one else should, either.

Whats messed up is that the tolls in Ma where suppose to be removed after a certain amount of years since the mass pike was made. But they put a clause saying only if the roads were maintained to certain standards at the deadline. Roads were shit and the tolls stayed.

Masshole here, there are no toll stops on the Pike anymore. It's all overhead gantries.
Just get the transponder, Pay-by-Plate isn't worth the hassle
