Good views of 19R landings from the Lowes parking lot at ridge and maple, the strip mall along Kellogg there with the kohl's and Burlington has good landing views of 19L. Takeoffs on 1R & L can also be seen here. There's a park on S. Tyler that can see some takeoff views of 19L, but I'm not too familiar with good viewing areas of the south end if the airport.
