This guy is a millionaire. This is supposedly in the best part of the country. He can't even bike anywhere, he has to drive 2 hours to Mt Diablo to get to a quiet place to ride. Don't get me started on the time they fixed a sewer or something right outside his house and CLOSED THE STREET. Guy was trapped in his own home by blue collars lol.
