The lock is only as strong as its weakest link, the vehicle locked almost always is the one (unless you use a cable lock), so you can only rely on destructive entry also destroying its value detracting from the act. With a mono even if there were structurally sound lock points, it'd still be lurcative because most of its worth is in electronics.

If you ever took one apart, the inner fender is always filthy, tight packaging means that it traps water and dirt inside incredibly well. Shoes you can stomp and wipe most of the water off, bike and scooter leave most of the trapped water on the ground after a couple of the ol' lift n' drops too, worst case you can take a towel and wipe all that dry, but monos have a completely inaccessible cavity that will keep drippng after a rain drive for a long while. The only saving grace is that monos in rain are sketchy as fuck so no sane man will ride in rain.
