I think my planning commission might be incompetent from attending a recent hearing.

>Gets reamed for not having enough parking for 170 units (They have like 400 parking spaces)
>Gets reamed for not having a 50 feet buffer between adjacent commercial shopping property
>Gets reamed for rushing the committee (Supposedly developer has been waiting for years but idk)
>I decide to speak for public comment at the end.
