Can I see FAA Radar?

Not interested ADSB information. Can I just get a screen dump of radar contacts from their search radar for air traffic control?

No because you need both pings, the sent signal and the reflection.
Getting the sent signal is a matter of positioning though.

I just want to see radar contacts because sometime I can see weather balloons or interesting aircraft the don't have ADSB information.

To have an effective radar you need at least three antennae.
One emitter and two receivers separated by a few wavelengths.
You need to know when the signal was sent and then triangulate the position with the delay of the reflection detected through the receivers.
You can't just slap a SDR and get radar information.
