The general rule you hear from everyone is that you should not do sports during the hot days in summer. If you decide to still do it reduce your intensity
But to my joy, I actually love riding my bike in the hot summer. Unless the Temps reach +35°C, I actually feel like I can perform better.
This might be because I always drink lots of water and sweat stronger than a average person.
