Seriously, I ride my bike around town and there are entire American ghost cities popping up in empty fields on the outskirts of town
The demand is so high that they gave up on trying to piece together a bunch of single family home properties to build larger buildings with higher densities near downtown, they're just building entirely new cities out of corn fields now
