I decided to stop shitting up /bbg/ so I made this thread instead.
I would like to buy a prebuilt e-bike with the following preferences:
1. Not a piece of shit
2. Around 3k USD
3. Bonus points for a removable/replaceable battery, double bonus points if non-proprietary
From what I've seen so far, it seems that the high end of prebuilt ebikes is made only by a whole bunch of shitty tiny companies that don't even make half of them anymore and owned by an army of paid shills. At this point, I'm considering just getting a Radmission or something, using it until it becomes a massive pain/expensive to maintain, and tossing it. I live in the middle of nowhere, so taking it to bike shops is not an option (the nearest one is like a hundred km away, and I'm not sure they do ebikes).
