Someone on facebook offered to sell me this e-bike m2s all terrain r750 (he bought it in 2018) for $1k

What are your opinions on this bike?
I'm new to the e-bike scene so I'd appreciate advice.

I was thinking of getting a Radrover 6, but I could save some cash this way.
