Are they good?

That's a decent price, but you have to consider the cost of fenders, racks, bags for toting groceries, plus front and rear suspension might be too much for your needs. Also no warranty/guarantee with a used bike, and you might get locked into having to use proprietary battery, etc. available only from that brand. Radpower brand has decent customer service (don't have one myself, but friends have a Rad Rover and Radwagon and swear by both of them), and Himiway is similar to the Rad Rover. If you gotta have it now, then strongly consider the M2S, otherwise I'd keep looking before throwing down any cash.
