Would you rather commute with a folding bike and train or commute by scooter?

Looking at spending ~2k USD for either commute set up. What are your thoughts?

If you cant do that due to overfilling of the train and you are forced to stand upright than go for the small motorbike/scooter.

As already suggested go for a small bike/big scooter 4 stroke 250 to 500 cc. More would be overkill and cost more gasoline/insurance.

Remember with commuting you want aerodinaimc protection so avoid naked or cafe racer looking bikes.

Hijacking this thread cause I'm about to buy a little 50cc Kymco for city commuting. I live in the Northeast, Pittsburgh. Will snow tires give me enough safety in normal winter weather? I don't plan on riding it in straight up snow

I just ordered a Radmini folding Ebike, because I get too sweaty commuting with my regular bike. It's going to take a month to get here so I have no idea how good it is yet but its less than $2k
