Hello anons, I come to you for aid.
I would like a dashcam (front/rear) for my new cuck commute cage so that I don't get some fat burger with an expensive crossover trying to fault me for being in their way when they ran a red light. Would also be pretty handy for the occasional police shakedown or cage rage. I don't think I need a parking mode because my car isn't expensive enough where small dings will be covered by insurance (I can just fix them myself anyway), but the option would be nice to have in the future whenever I get around to wiring it up.. I don't really have a maximum budget in mind, although I wouldn't like to spend more than I really need to.
I found a buyer's guide on leddit but I'd like another opinion based on actual personal experience instead of youtube review channels.
