Hello. I'm about to get a driver's license and my license category only allows me to drive cars and scooters, no motorcycles. I think that scooter is a good and cheap means of transportation for a city and I can afford it anytime, unlike a motorcycle (I will also have to get a motorcycle license)
I've looked at available scooters and discovered that all cheap ones have this modern soulless design. Do you know any not expensive scooters that look like vespa or like picrel? Preferably not more than a 1k usd
