Anyone have any intelligence on the Antifa train derailment(s)?

Mainstream sources claim that "right-wing conspiracy theorists" allege that Antifa was responsible for the Slamtrak accident in >pic rel. Sauce: https://archive.is/PqpRm
Obviously, Antifa has been active in train sabotage for some time in Washington, so that they caused the Slamtrak accident is possible, but I have no technical knowledge how they would have done so.
