I got a flat riding over a goat head (I live in the desert)...
What kind of a tube do I need for a tire that says 50-559 26x2 on it? And furthermore what tools will I need to change it?
I don't have any friends who are into biking, I know I am retarded but I live in a place with no bike shops

559 is rim diameter in millimeters. 50 is nominal width of tyre in millimeters. 26x2 are approximately the same numbers in inches. I recommend a tube that's marked with intervals containing those numbers. Most _probably_ with a schraeder valve.
You need a pump and (optional but recommended) a couple of tyre levers.
Inspect the tyre for any visual tears and make sure there are no thorns or debris left on the inside of the tyre that could puncture the new tube.
Also, you do know you don't necessarily have to replace the tube on every puncture, right? Patch kits exist.

tube size at retail will likely be in inches, ie 26 x 1.75 - 2 or something similar, as often tubes can fit a variety of tire widths. just don't get anything over 2"...
tire levers are good - get a patch kit definitely.
if you've not done before, watch a few videos on youtube...
