What about a bus route. A bus route could remove at least 30 cars from that line. But then kids would need to wake up 15 minutes earlier to catch the bus.
Why can’t the parents drop the kids off away from the front of the school? There’s plenty of sidewalk/crosswalk to walk the last quarter mile, and faster than waiting in line. Did American kids really get so fat that walking a couple hundred feet is impossible for them? I know that if my mom had to drop me off at school when I was a kid and there was a line, she’d kick me out of the car and have me walk the rest of the way. I know because I was the rural kid who lived 15 miles away! And since I was in the marching bad that practiced before school, the bus wouldn’t pick me up early enough.
