I have nothing more to add, but to comment that it will be interesting to see how things change now that Pon Holdings now owns so many bikes brands (Caloi, Cannondale, Cervelo, Charge, Derby Cycle, Focus, Gazelle, GT, Iron Horse, Juliana, Kalkhoff, Kidtraxx, Mongoose, Santa Cruz, Schwinn, Union, Urban Arrow, and more!)

I'm not a big fan of pacific cycles, or Dorel, but to see them just fucking entirely gobbled up in one swoop is astounding. We'll just have to see if Pon actually has a plan, or if they're just collecting name brands.
